CHAIR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
The sequences you will learn in class can be adapted to anyone that needs a little extra assistance. Yoga Alliance registered teachers receive 4 credit hours when they take this course, but it is available to ANYONE. If you have not taken a traditional 200 hour yoga teacher training, I highly recommend that you do.

PRIVATE Session - 2 Hours - $300
🌸 Practice of both seated and standing series with myself
🌺 Setting up your class for safety/ fall prevention
🌹 Three techniques unique to Dementia Yoga® and how to implement them for a successful class
🌸 2 Workbooks with dialogue (wording), photos of poses, and Tips & Tricks in Dementia care
🌺 Teaching to persons using a wheelchair/walker
🌸 Appropriate meditations/pranayama for seniors and those with dementia
🌸 Teaching to different acuity levels (independent, assisted, memory care)
🌺 Brain & Eye strengthening exercises
🌸 4 credit hours for Yoga Alliance registered teachers. (2 hours class time, 2 hour practice on your own)
GROUP Virtual Session - 2 Hours
Virtual Group Teacher Training ~ $120 USD special because the economy is weird! (normally $175))
